Project Overview
In April 2024, Harleyford Capital launched the Harleyford Logistics Partnership — a UK-wide urban logistics platform backed by leading pan-European real estate investment manager Tristan Capital Partners.
The partnership is focused on acquiring high-quality urban logistics assets located within 20 minutes of major UK cities. As of January 2025, the platform comprises seven assets totalling 700,000 sq ft across the North West, South East, North East, and Yorkshire regions.
Strategic Rationale
The strategy is built on a strong thematic foundation: growing occupier demand for urban logistics space and a constrained supply of well-located, modern accommodation.
A systematic approach to stock selection enables the platform to generate sustainable value while maintaining downside protection through asset quality and market fundamentals.
The platform’s rapid progress reflects Harleyford’s ability to source off-market opportunities, execute complex transactions at pace, and deliver institutional-quality management across a growing and diversified portfolio. Harleyford is responsible for sourcing, transacting, and managing all investments. The firm’s vertically integrated platform enables full-cycle delivery across acquisition, planning, leasing, ESG and asset management.
