Prior to joining Harleyford Capital, Bond was a Vice President within the European Real Estate team at ESR Europe (previously InfraRed Capital Partners), where he was responsible for origination and execution of investments and disposals, concluding over £250m in UK investment transactions.
Bond holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute Europe.
